All of the wheel simulator sets offered on the Factory-Certified online outlet are factory reconditioned products which are items returned and often unopened from retailers, jobbers and/or customers.  Our manufacturer-trained technicians take them apart and rebuild them to original factory specifications.  Each part is reviewed and if items have minor imperfections they are buffed, polished and if items are missing components they are replaced.  Pacific Dualies offers these online to their customers at a discounted retail price.
